Paper logs are more flexible? Nah... more easily falsified. Let's not kid ourselves on this.

Flexible, adjustable, falsified, creative, whatever you like to call it. For me, they are less stressful and easier to work with than elog.

Oh, this was awesome! On my way to the shower, I bumped into a dear old friend who is also a truck driver and still works at my company. We had lost contact and haven't seen each other for about 3 years now. Invited him for dinner at Denny's here but none of us were really hungry and we ended up having tea and chatting for over 3 hrs... :yes2557:

Going to be headed west today. Hauling rock to Claflin, where I go from there I won't know until after 7am. Looking at the weather, no rain, snow or wind today :biggrin_25513:. After last week, I'll have to remember that I can't have the wheel cranked half a turn just to go straight down the highway.:biggrin_2559:

I've found that one needs to plan better, and be more.aware of your clocks and time/distance to go. Unfortunately, it does mean that last hour can't be run down to the last second. The biggest thing that has taken the pressure off is going from being paid per mile to percentage. I no longer have to run my butt off to get a great settlement check.

No kidding, Eaton. I'll have to remember I don't have to keep the pedal to the floor board just to go 55 into the north wind...he he he.

How was the better half's birthday?

Catch ya the next chance you get to drop by. Be safe, my friend.

G'morning, Mr IP. I trust you're doing well this early Monday morning.

I'm out the door, folks. Make it a great day and keep it safe.
