I missed that, too, because I was on I-29 around that time but I may have been up in IA heading south.

 

I missed it, but not by much. I was getting loaded when the loader operator was asked if he could work late because the person to relieve him lives in Edgerton and could not leave since they locked down the town. Apparently the gun fight was going on at that time. Guess I'm glad that I was not on the highway when they were trying to elude the officers. The escapees might have tried to drive under my trailer, since it would have been in their way...
