BD, make sure each item such as truck number etc is filled out on the top portion of the inspection, report. the inspection guys wont call and tell you that. and a notice that it is due will pop up everytime you get on the loadboard, if you continually get this message, call and give them the trippak confirmation number and they will pull it up and give credit for it being sent in. if you see this, don't wait til you are oos, same with logs call in the confirmation number from trip pak and ya got it covered. but anything that is due will show up when ya log on to loadboard. remember, you go to be proactive at mercer, no hand holding. I bet once you were oos it only took a few minutes to get it straightened out???? no doubt

No more nasty messages on my contractor web :biggrin_25526:

They sent one of the inspections back saying it didn't have some info on it that they wanted. I sent in the same report, but used white out and just changed the date and they took all three of them. Someone could at least be consistent lol

He failed to build a bulkhead. He loaded it the night before, I saw him there the next morning around 9am when I showed up.

That's all fine for federal regs, but there are some states that want a pre-trip logged. Safest thing to do is 15 min each for pre and post trip. Remember states can add to the federal regulations just not take away from them.If that makes someone run out of hours then they aren't managing their time well enough.
