Hey Eaton! Took this picture for you.... when I woke up this morning. Almost all trucks were gone but there are a few now. Actually, this fuel station is for cars only. But the mud lot in the back is not too bad and trucks always park here.

 

18 hrs sitting in your truck? WOW!! Well.... at least you can idle, right?

Got 2 preplans this morning.... a total of about one thousand miles but can't make it. Pick up is 3 hrs away not counting on duty tasks, parking after p/up.... I have only 2 hrs left from my 70 and gaining almost 5 hrs at zero hr tonight. I guess they didn't read PTA sent earlier this morning + another message I sent about it.... Anyway, they took those off me... Which is OK Those were broker loads and they are a hassle, and the places they send us are awful.

Seems new load planner and my dsp are doing a good job now. Miles have improved. Not only for me but for another driver friend of mine in this account.

From 05/13 (Monday) till early this morning, I ran 3,817 miles.






Now... if I were making at least .40 cpm, that would be much better.

 

i have only 3 hours left on my 70 but getting 10 a day back next 3 days

Last night while eating a bad meal at Denny's at North Platte the guy in the booth behind me asked how far it was to the WY border. I had come in from the north so wasn't completely sure what MM we were at so told him I thought we were at 170 so 170 miles.

He responded we were at 179 so I told him then it was 179 miles.

He looked a little confused and then said, "What state are we in now?"
