One thing I've read on the different forums is Stevens keeps drivers out for a long time, like 2 to 3 months. I did inquire about that once and it was verified although that was long ago. No thanks, no point in having a home or any hobbies. Kennesaw I haven't read anything on and Navajo I remember reading negative about and not much positive but that was awhile ago. Are those 3 your only options?
Did you check out Prime or Maverick refrigerated? Sharkey would hire from there some seem to like them, some not from what's been posted here. Shaffer the refrigerated division of Crete would be another one. Central refrigerated is also supposed to be decent for newer drivers. How long have you driven?
Good Luck and keep us updated -
Please do more research.

I left Stevens almost a year and a half ago. When I was there I was out on average 6-8 weeks but that is because I wanted to keep my wheels turning. I never once had any problems getting home when I requested. They actually told me to take time off a couple of times.
If you can survive the low pay at Stevens, I feel that they have an excellent school/training program. -
We are only taking on students to try it out. http://sharkeydrivingjobs.com/

im out side of the hiring range for Kennesaw and Stevens never called me back and i got a call from Central Refrigerated and i called them back and got nothing back and the only one is a go is Navajo. Crete wont hire me because of my work history.

Did you check into Sharkey, Gordon also may be worth a shot.

My wife and I drove for Kennesaw. . They are good people and great equipment. They dont pay solo's very well but they do run them hard. They have a very good time off policy as long as you leave your truck at their terminal.
