Got a preplan sent to me at 2:00 this morning to pickup off the Laredo yard and deliver in Louisville. I'll be in Plant City, FL so it's probably a mistake but I'm not saying anything

ezmed, icedcold and J_FROG Thank this.

I deadheaded 230 miles to a load that does not exist until Monday 9 PM that is to be delivered Monday 7 AM. On good days I'm alright but never that good. They musta been drinkin' that stuff when that order developed. Still in VA wasting time.

The farthest they've deadheaded me was from the Van Buren yard to pickup a load at pepsi in Indianapolis going to Costco in Sumner, WA. I asked why and they just told me that they were just trying to move trucks around. VB works in strange ways

Tops.mine from miami to the florida panhandle 450 miles for a nestle water run to PA. But then I am told its hard to get out of south florida. I wish I saw that issue. Everytime I go down there I get a run out wothin two hours of delivery. I need a day or two. I got a good friend down there who has a secure place to park the truck. Hehe he is the head chef at a high roller high end private adult club and libe near south beach. I swear I wouldn't get into.much trouble.

If you drive that in reverse you can make it ontime. And you'll get paid for it before your loaded.

    Some rest area in Maryland.

These people stress communication but don't do it themselves.

I had a Sprint account that was from a previous job that I got to keep. $1.50 a month. No kidding. 450 anyhow minutes. More than I ever used. I drive for USA. Yep. It's true. My first full month phone bill was $278. I wait a lot on the phone. My Qualcom has days it freezes up. I am ready to quit communicating.

You are welcome. I left them for you. I knew you were next in line.... j/k

I'm about to stop participating in this #### thread.

Dead heading 290 miles from Burlington, VT to Budweiser in Baldwinsville, NY. Couldn't make ouck up tonight because it would have left me with about 45 minutes in my 14 at 8pm. No where to shut down I could make it to. Pilot would be full. Cant take chances on elog lol. No biggie ill pick up in morning. Delivers tomorrow in Annapolis, MD between 0700-1500. I'd get there about 1400-1430. With about 5-6hrs left on my 14 and 3-4 on My 10. No biggie. Tell my DM this so she know what's going on. Get a call 2 hrs into dead head telling me to deliver wednesday morning. Uggggg.... csr called to let distributor know when I'd arrive. He said deliver wednesday. He didn't want to unload at tge end of recieving hours. Lazy buttholes....

So here I sit at an I90 travel oasis that has a state trooper hq at it. So I can't idle. Been hot in the truck till the sun went down. Didnt feel like testing USAs "its CARB certified so you can idle and we will handle any issues cops give you" BS.
