Look what I found.

They have a dedicated guy hailing that stuff now. It's ground up recycled tires.

 

I never even knew we hauled that, and I've been here a year. I guess everyday I always learn something new

 

I didnt want to start a whole new thread for this topic but I just wanted to let everybody know what I just found out. I called FE today to inquire about getting my truck speed turned up when I go in for service since my fuel mileage is so high and they said no and that all the trucks are being turned down to 62 per the new ceo.

 

Yes but they are going to up the horsepower on them and set the rev limiter to 1600

 

I doubt they are going to up the horsepower on these Cascadias since they dont have any to begin with. Cant climb a hill empty and thats no exaggeration. Half the power of the Prostar but twice the fuel mileage.

 

I'm wondering when CEO's started deciding such things as fuel mileage. I thought the CEO was just supposed to have the vision and big picture but apparently this one is supervising the sweeping of the floor.

 

Cant beat those red motors!!!! The one I had in my KW I could pass other trucks going up the PA tpke with a full box.

 

I don't think he can do anything. He'll just get stonewalled just like everyone else.
