Let's not forget, the terminals are basically repair shops so cleanliness will always be an issue. As for which shops get you in an out the fastest. It used to be Roanoke. David and Richard consistently got me in an out without delay. Now that Roanoke has been shut down W Memphis is the place to go. W Memphis was always a close second. As for the worst, I don't consider Denton a terminal so I will go with Atlanta and Carlisle. Both seem to have the most traffic which is the main problem. Get something else out there on I-95 or I-81 between the two to give them some relief.
In support of Lawrence. I have known him since he was at the Corporate office. He's always on the move and always willing to help. Hardest working, most realistic safety guy we have. Most of the other safety guys suffer from selective amnesia. They selectively remember all the things they did right and selectively forget all their mistakes. Come on guys, it's human nature to figure out shortcuts with any job. Quit being so hard on these rookies and remember some of your own rookie mistakes.

AH-HA AGAIN! I agree with you! I picked my POS from West Memphis and the whole HEAD was blown! Only after 2 months did they figure it out in Atlanta!

just so you know when I said WM was neat...I DIDN'T MEAN CLEAN! It was neat, because it was next to a casino that had a killer buffet! It WAS and I'm sure still dirtier than a skunk just getting "squashed" on the road!

As far as dirty atlanta has my vote.
Roanoke was good for a place do rake a 10. That's it. The laundry and shower was nasty and a joke. Never got any thing resembling fast from The service dept. Hell it toom the dot guy 45 min to check my truck and trailer once and that's bot counting the two 15 min breaks he took. Found nothing wrong. Always excuses at the service desk. Like I said I miss the easy place to take my 10 and that's it. -
Now lets be honest. Atlanta sucks both in terminal and city. What a nightmare of a place to try and drive in. I think they are trying to steal the trophy of worst roads and traffic at anytime of day from NYC. Now I was born and raised in NYC so I can say they have a long way to go before they can get trophy but they sure are trying hard
