How much does this load is going to consume ? your time ,equip, fuel, lost wages for the week Fiddling with this junk load i would never risk goofing around with this waste of time for what the shipper expect you to quote. on the other hand if the shipper has this load daily then that would be the minimum of $1000/Load 5 Days Per week and that rate is only for transportation lumber detention or XYZ services are extra

According to where it is going and the mpg on your truck, you could be paying close to $200.00 on fuel alone, and this isn't even the reefer fuel included. Then I would say factor in the insurance to cover the cargo & your truck, etc. Haven't heard what freight is paying lately, but that sounds like it is even less than $2.00 per mile.
