yea the new transit truck stop? Went there, yep a crap hole. They tried to put me on a load from Aberdeen, it was probably Clorox was only going to Front Royal, VA. Problem is, a fellow intrepid USA driver took my west coast mirror out backing into the dock next to me. So back at the TA in Jessup waiting to get my mirror fixed. International doesn't have the part, so I guess we are shooting for a re-mount until I can get to a terminal.

I droppes.my load a day early. Just got.my next run. 165 mile dead head to just north of Grand Rapids MI then 1515 to Laredo. Woohoo tacos al carbon from the yellow roach coach that always stops at the J

 

Your set. They have a ton of freight shipping out of Laredo right now and not enough loads going down there. They have been deadheading trucks down there left and right to get loads off the yard. This is the 1st time I've seen that happen as long as I've been with the company. It's usually the other way around.

 

Yea, still here and will be here for a while looks like. International says it will be 2 days to get the replacement mirror here, and TA says there is no way to attach a temporary mirror.
Other then the miles, tacos are my favorite part about Texas. Enjoy

Yea looks like a restart as I don't deliver until monday. But it gives me time to stop in Austin and get dinner with some family. And hit the taco stands in laredo until I pop. Lol

 

Picked up load this moring out of Loudon,tn heading to Laredo,tx , atleast I hope I will make it rear end started throwing oil all over backside of my sleeper and front of trailer looks to just be a seal. Waiting for breakdown to lmk where to go since petro can't fix that seal.

 

It'll be a dealer they send you to. Maybe its a quick fix. If so ill see you down yhere maybe. I should make it friday night if I run hard.
