Has anyone used those portable showers you can buy and use inside the truck? Do they work? Or is it worth it to get one of those trucks with a shower in it if you plan on driving for the long run? If you have any creative ideas please share i'm thinking about when you don't want to wait for the showers or when you get to a stop really late and don't feel safe getting out at night.

My concern with a shower in the truck is mildew build up. Small space, steam(if heated), or just the water build up plus a towel drying in the truck may create a "damp" feeling in the air. I've seen those big sleepers with shower, kitchen, washer and dryer, but I'd prefer a 63" flat top uni-built sleeper myself. Showers at truck stops are sometimes nicer than hotels.gearjammer1978 Thanks this.

MY GOD MAN!! What kind of cheap hotel do you stay at??

hell the showers are nicer then the one at my house
with the cheap tub surround I got in there and a tube of caulk
I really need to take that bathroom down to studs
only 2 places I have ever waited for a shower
in last 2 years
Dodge City Ks and Auburndale FlaDrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
No company truck will let you put one in. Plus, how are you gonna heat the water? Wear are you going to put water tanks? Unless you have a custom truck that is yours, its not practical.
blairandgretchen Thanks this.
