If this is where I'm thinking...... There is a Pilot across the street. And if so, that is where my trainer left me without a phone or billfold...... just some dirty clothes, wet hair and a need to kill something. Postal workers are misunderstood.

Had my truck breakdown a few weeks after I got it in NM. Fuel pump on DD15 goes bad and I mean bad. Got fuel filters changed and old filters had chunks of metal in them. Had to get towed to Amarillo, TX and they had me out the day after tow. At least you are getting it taken care of before it gets way worse.

Been home since Wednesday and will be returning tomorrow with 2 preplans to start things off. Deliver a 30 mile load out of the yard tomorrow night and then reload to Topeka, KS. Night driving right of the bat. USA is making an active effort to keep me on a night schedule for some reason. Im not complaining though since most of the long haul loads ship late evening or at night. Its either run at night or run 300 mile loads.

It was only a 5 hour flight. How long did you think it would take to fly just off the coast of Florida? Its only 90 miles from Florida to Cuba and I didn't have that much farther to go.

Thats nice but I want my average length of haul to be over 1000 miles so It would be in my best interest not to be available for the day time short crap.
