This 60 mph autoshift truck is uber irritating, Im getting passed by swift trucks.....

 

Are USA Trucks really governed to 60... Heck Swift was at 62 and Werner was at 65...

 

It might just be mine, Im guessing this truck that they issued me was meant for newbies or something because other usa trucks are passing me too. If I wasn't a " white hat " hacker, Id hack this truck's computer and turn the speed up myself.

 

They are set at 63 but most are closer to 65.

 

Some trucks were set so that you could only do 60 by pedal. In order to get to 63 you have to set the cruise and hold down the cruise accelerator button until it max out at 63. Have you tried that? That was someones ghoulish nightmare they thought would encourage you to use the cruise more and save fuel.
