Shameful: North and South Express Threatens Drivers To Stop Complaints

Kind of scarey folks.This is why I would never post anything bad about a company it could backfire.

 

I don't know the man or the company but Rod Lawson is a complete coward for threatening that.


Great job for exposing this TTR. Weak people that make threats like that need to be squashed.

I'd dare him to post my personal information of that sort. He doesn't think he could be held liable for doing that? He'd find out real quick just how wrong he is. Call his bluff.

 

Cry baby threats. Publishing a social security number on line? Violates the law.

 

Better be sure of that , some courts think otherwise.

Ostergren may post public records that contain Social Security Numbers on her website, despite a 2008 Virginia law prohibiting the dissemination of such information

 

If a company is operating in a crooked fashion and doing things illegally, then you bet I would post info about it.

drivers have the right to know what companies are up to whom they maybe interested in driving for...that's what TTR is for.

 

The difference is that they where already Public Record.Employee information retained by the Employer is not Public Record.

 

Not a factor here since these records are not listed on a government site in the first place.
