Seems to me like sni could cut some office staff to save some coin. Seems like when I call with a problem it has to go through several people to get resolved. God forbid the truck breaks down. I mustve explained my problem to 7 different people. And the tow company thought they were coming to a wreck. So it took someone aside from the seven people I talked to to call for the tow. Looking forward to finishing up big year #1 and moving on to someone else myself. I cant stand giant companies.

Well, I will make you the same offer as the other guy. If you think $10 is so little, how about you send me $10 each quarter? HUH? I will expect you to send me $10, or I will take it that you brag about how little $10 is, while you are afraid to part with it.

Typical Billy-Big-Rigger. Likes to brag how little money means to them, while they go broke.

    Think Schneider is cheap,

    check around.

You're way better off than alot of company drivers.

As an ex-SNI driver, I think it's not so much the "ten dollars". It's the continuation over the past few years of the erosion or elimination of anything that resembles a driver perc. Ambient temperature sensors come to mind. The quarterly bonus is another. It used to be easier to get then it is now. This is just the latest attempt by the SNI brass to insure the decline of the company. Don Schneider never would have done this.

Feel lucky that you even got $25 in the first place. Company drivers only get $15. And I'm sure you could find more legitimate things to complain about than getting paid $15 for sitting through maybe a 20 min computer thing that you don't even need to pay attention to if you don't feel like it. All you have to do I press the mouse button and get paid for it.

Schneiders been taking away from drivers for many years. A whole bunch of drivers left back in 2003 when the discontinued 5 paid holidays. They will continue nickel and diming until the drivers are paying to work there. You can justify it all you want but not all companies nickel and dime their employees out of a new car payment or a little vacation money. Schneider wants the best but won't pay for it. Meanwhile they wonder why good drivers leave them or just pass them up altogether.

Please tell me of these more legitimate things, they lessened my pay for training and never said a word. I only found out by checking my statement. Please also tell me at what amount of money being taken from you would become worth complaining.

Company man. You're wasting your time arguing w/ him. Be at a rat outfit like Schneider for life. You;ll wind up far better in the future. Wise man watches every penny.

Let me ask a question. If you had 15,000 trucks where would you cut cost? I heard someone mention office personal, what other places you can cut cost? Remember you are the owner of 15k trucks and 40k plus trailers.
