California ticket advice please

Sounds like a lot of drivers the screw them self up, Get ticketed or fired from a job, Blame everyone else, and then don't like the response they get when they post what happen, Now, I'm going to change my advise from my previous post, keep doing what your doing to get as many fines as you can, To many CSA point will make you unhireable, Then you wont need to worry about anything, Good buy

(2) When required by law or in obedience to a peace officer or official traffic control device.

This may be your ''out''...You are required a 30 minute ''by law''....

Call an Attorney and stop this TTR Insanity....

 

The point really is after nine years of driving you don,t know to call the da and try to.get a lessor charge....,or in my opinion that parking on shoulders or wide spots is dangerous and a bad idea
Or more to the point that most posters on ttr are smart@@@s and now you butt hurt

 

Why is everyone critcizing this driver....

Many drivers on this TTR seem to be from the ''perfect'' bunch..

We all make mistakes.Some are mistakes that we can own and some are just some #### head cop wanting break your balls for the REVENUE.Sad but true...

I have not met one Perfectttttttttttttttt driver yet..In my close to 30 years of trucking i have made mistakes that ''i did'' and other where stupid #### from a stupid cop...
