On a Monday? On a Thursday or Friday? First thing in the morning? After lunch? Is the weather nice, meaning possibly harvest is in full swing and more loads, or is it raining and the workers can't get in the field to pick? Maybe you could call your brokers who you regularly haul for out of there and see whats happening? Report back to us?

On tuesday, the 15th of october, out of nogales. In the mourning. The weather is nice. I already called them, they did not give me a rate. As they said rate changes everyday. so i thought i might ask people that know about the produce rates!

So you called the people that give you the loads, and they do not know the rates. How is another driver supposed to know? Just wait til tuesday morning and see whats happening. It is impossible to say. It could rain and ruin the harvest, driving the daily rate down. It might be better to wait til Wednesday at that point. All you can do it wait til Tuesday morning. Just let your regular customers out there know you will be looking for possibly Tuesday load, you are empty out there, and take it from there. That's all you can do.

There is a government sponsored website that gives produce rates for major shipping areas, but it is shut down due to our politicians not being able to do their job. When it comes back up I will post the address.
