Im constantly told that the DM is not allowed to pick or plan your loads. If this is true and all they do is relay eta's to a planners then why does things chage so much whenever you get a new DM? This is a mystery like the Bermuda triangle.

 

wish I knew,my old Dm got promoted to LC for Laredo ,and the new guy I got has gotten me home late the last three times.My miles have still been good,ran 3143 last week ,but this getting home late is getting old quick.my old dm never got me home late one time.I sent my ops mgr a e mail Friday so we will see next time its time to go home
