What happened did the thread die I'm sad

 

Everybody might be home for the weekend.
I was till today, now in VA.
I got a delivery to the Petro here in Raphine. How cool is that.

 

Crap that's awesome I'm here in Miami I actually have a load out.

 

that is amazing, few weeks ago I got one out of Miami that was 100 pounds was one bundle of foam insulation going to Pennsauken,nj was 2 foot tall x 4 wide x 8 long. had to be tarped, 1.85 a mile on 1100 miles

 

someone asked me today at the counter how I did with mercer, I told him my revenue so far this vs all miles ran, one guy said there aint no way, he would have to see my receipts, I said give me ten minutes. I printed off jan 1st log with speedometer reading, and todays log with speed ometer reading and todays settlement with year to date to the truck,

well , turns out there was a way.

so how is the dry van of mercer. do they manage to keep you guys pretty busy? there is a guy here where i live in marrero la that is home every weekend that pulls a flat for mercer. are you able to pick when ever you want to go home. i prefer to at least stay our for a few weeks. i would like to get back into flats but its been 15 years and would have to purchase everything again. would i have to so some sort of refresher course for a load securement ?
