    My wife made a F E A S T ... !!!! Amazing. Simply superb.

Stocking the cooler this afternoon with good stuff, then picking up a load at 9:00 pm after hooking to an empty. Nice long haul with delivery on the 4th, running the 40 to Memphis, looking like relatively settled weather en route, life is good...

Laredo terminal. The place that I am delivering is a 24/7 drop. I can not drop. If was set for a live. Called them to get in early and was told see you in morning. Tried to get a pplan out of window, told, see you in morning and of course my dm is off today and did not get me hooked up.

Good luck ... curious to see how you make out ... Been sitting in Pharr since Wednesday night. Got offered a short hop to Dallas but given the planners attitude in Lancaster lately, didn't want to be there on a Friday night.

... Steve ... I was there with you on glass coverage. I was in a Cascadia at CRE and did 3 windows in 8 months. At $300 a pop to replace, $3.69 a week is a no brainer.

But, going into my 4th year and on my second ProStar, the dings that resulted in cracked windows on a the Cascadia, just stay dings and I've never had to replace a window.

Now given the increase to $5 a week and a $100 deductible, it no longer makes sense, the cost of replacing one window is more or less the same as the insurance for one year and the deductible ... So I think I will be canceling the window insurance.

Got me a load of sprinter vans to Merrilville for Tuesday morning. Now just have to hope for a short one for Weds to finish the week. got that load off MAC 30. They also had a nice one going to San Berndadino for Tues, but it did not show weight. Called in and they said tires for Michelin. I know that it is heavy, if it is full. It was a blind load. So was the sprinters, but I know that only 2 go in a van, so all of 10K

Saw that message also regarding the windshield, and I was trying to hold off until the first of the year to get this one replaced, now, getting it done very soon. It is so pitted that when the sun hits just right, blinded. I think that I will also be stopping at TA or Petro this weekend. replace the fuel filter. From PHX to here, 7.2mpg, and mostly all flat land wish some headwind. Even with this headwind and 15K, should have at least been 8mpg

The deductable buy down also applies to glass, so I've paid NOTHING for glass replacement so far.

Until now there's been no deductible on glass ... don't know if the buy down would apply to glass.

You're doing better than I,Coming out of Oklahoma to Wyoming so far and going to Utah, I'm at 6.1 mpgs. This is why I hate Colorado so much, all up hill.

Black River Falls. Dropped in MN this morning after getting the trailer fixed but no empties at consignee. Waited around most of the late morning/early afternoon and finally got a preplan from Twin Cities to Detroit. Sent MAC 9 with nothing back. Sent freeform asking the deal and nothing. Finally called an hour later and was told nobody had been monitoring my DMs messages. Oh well. I'm going to try throttling back how hard I'm running to the 8.75 hours a day so I don't burn my 70 again, see how that works out. Just feels weird shutting down with hours left.

RightCoast the system won't dispatch you til you have an mt trailer attached. Although it did for me yesterday when I was bobtail but they knew I was picking up a tcall

Make sure you send a mac 22, everyone scrambles when those come in-- put the reason down that you do not have an mt.I got a service failure last year for similar situation. Evidently sending a freeform that you do not have an mt and therefore cannot go get your next load means nothing.

I just picked up a load from there headed to a San Antonio Walmart.
It's a JIT load, but I can't make delivery on time because my 14 will run out before then. So I have to take a 10 before I can deliver.
I told my DM this morning what the situation was and asked that the load be removed. He messaged the planner twice, but the load remained on me.
Oh, well, if they don't care then neither do I.
