If you ever find yourself making the mistake of taking 60 across KY, IL and MO from Cromwell, KY, its a very pretty drive, and theres a little hole in the wall truck stop in Cabool, MO that has catfish so GOOD you will call your momma to thank her for providing you with taste buds.
Otherwise, take 55 and make Jill reroute.

Flue it all depends on where you where headed. I have ran US60, a nice drive, and saved time and miles, which to an alliance driver means more money in my pocket. Less fuel burned. You catch I44 in springfield MO, Or Guyman, Liberal KS, the meat patch if you follow US 60/64.

First day driving today. Great time. We dropped last night at the shipper and it was ready to go this am. It was a pain to scale so that was good practice. Some light hill practice through Tennessee, 2 hour traffic delay in Arkansas, and managed to park in the Love's without death or destruction. I could use a massage on the ole right hammie though....lol

Small world out here. Bumped into KMac in Hershey PA. But in other news, my trainer has decided to park in the Bronx tonight. Say a prayer. I love you all. Lol

Made it home today. Handed off the student last night. In 25 days he got all Mountains, all 5 regions, bumped his NE dock, had 8310 miles and backed 35 times. In addition this last load, I was just a passenger in that he went in and did all the work with the shipper, the receiver and the repower, I stayed in the truck.

The trainer that is finishing with him can clean up running miles. He will be a good driver, I have no doubt. Still, it was not a great experience for me. Nothing he could have done different or better that would change that. I just need my space and like being alone. My mother has told people for years she could never punish me by sending me to my room alone because it wasn't punishment. I liked it LOL

So I'm having a great day. Arrive at shipper. Drop and hook. Sweet. 65 miles to closest scale. Get there. 36,500 on the drives. Go back. They unload it all and reload it. Sweet. Go back to the scales. 38,900 on the drives. Trying to stay chill but failing miserably lol.
