Maybe its because I've been harassing the planners about the dedicated work down here.

This happened to me once shortly after start up on a city street a couple of months ago. It resolved itself, like in your case, within a couple of minutes. I then had a few more incidents where it would have check engine lights coming on during start up for the next couple of days. I got into a terminal and described the problem to a mechanic and he immediately told me to check the radiator fluid level. I checked it and indeed the fluid level was down just to the level of the "Fill" line, so I filled it up and the problem disappeared. There is a sensor on the reservoir that will start tripping the check engine lights and shut down the motor if the fluid is low.

the reservoir is full from what I saw last night

still sitting in Mira Loma waiting on my B service, they finally came and kicked me out of the truck to take it into the shop, will see how long it takes, once done I have to call the new DM I will have and he will get me a load or something getting me back to the Target DC and will probably start tomorrow.

Delivered to Grandview and was set to get my next load but no empty trailer. From there they had me bobtail down to Stansfield Pilot, that's when the snow started. Right away saw 2 trucks slipped off the road against the guardrail and I was like 'oh snap'. Picked up an empty and headed north to Pasco WA, by now the roads were black ice. In quite a few spots was drifting sideways down the freeway. At one point a truck going the other way got squirrely and lost control and was headed right for me, he crashed through the median and came back up on the hardball but was faced eastbound in westbound lanes. I saw that and backed her down to 10 miles an hour for the next hour, but the fools behind me kept passing me right on by like it was cool. I will post it on youtube in a little while.

Still here at the hotel. My load was t-called, but no one in the area to pick it up. DM sent a msg to the MO planners, and they said that it is not their problem, A msg to Memphis, no one in the area. Numerous messages to CSR, and no replies. Guess that it is not that important, so I guess that it will be t-called back to me tomorrow, and at least it will give me almost another 1K miles for this week, and it will deliver 1 day late. It is a Chrysler load. Must be sprinters that are just for inventory and not a person waiting for his. I am going to hate being up in the Gary planning area, and the GLR region. Time to head back south.

I just checked out the forecasts at weather.com... looks like winter storm Cleon is creating some dangerous conditions throughout the West and upper Midwest right now. I've been lucky with the weather over the last year, but methinks my run from Memphis to central Kansas may get interesting tomorrow and Thursday.

Everyone stay safe out there. By the way, scottie, that was nice steady driving with plenty of following distance in those conditions. Keep up the good work. Best to finish every day guessing how many lives you saved.
