thank you all for ur reply. I don't think is the leveler, cuz I just put in brand new one and still didn't work, and the one before this is like 1 month old.. ohh and when it first happen It was drove fine till It start shake and hear noise from the transmisstion. then go out and look airbag was all the way down, so I use t-fitting to hook up those 3 horse that run to air leveler and the the air bag was up but a lil high, but enough to drive back home. that's y I don't think is the air bag, there a 3 airhose going in the leveler if I hook those 3 horses to t-fitting it will work but lil to high, so what I do is when I carry load ill hook thoses 3 horses to the t-fitting and when the trailer is empty I un hook those 3 horses and hook it back to the leveler and it work fine,
please help: Airbag won't go up when hook up heavy load

I'dk what it was but mine did the same thing got warmer weather and it went away. When it would try to lift a loaded box I would hear a loud crack. I thought it was my drive shaft falling apart. I noticed it would do it when I tried to turn or move the truck.

We just had an issue with the bags an our trailer whilst pulling a 40k load. The bags were only inflating about 50%. Every thing on the trailer was fine. When the TA shop fitted their shop air supply to the trailer the bags inflated just fine. Truck was giving 110 psi max of air and the shop was giving 130 psi. So we adjusted the governor on the truck up to give 130 psi. Problem solved, air bags fully inflated. If your air gauges are only reading 110 psi max, get the governor adjusted.

Added note....if you have an auto shift tranny, air ride trailer and auto air tire pressure on the trailer it takes a lot of psi to feed all those systems. Hence the need for higher psi at the tractor. I called my Volvo dealer and they said 130 psi was fine on a 2007 780.

interesting find, I am in a similar situation with my truck and have started a larger thread here: Drive axel touches frame? Help!!
has anyone else had this issue that is still around from 2013 that helped in this thread?
basically, when bags are dumped, my axel kisses the cross member on my 07 volvo vnl
when heavy loaded 40k or more the axel kisses the cross member and i can not haul or else it bangs
rear bags look inflated max, front bags seem like they could be inflated more...
my differentials look almost like they are twisted forward? as if there is stress on the drivetrain when bags are inflated. when bags are deflated the whole drivetrain is level
thanks guys
