I know sometimes if you accept something with way to much time you can get it tcalled at a terminal along the way. As long as you leave some good miles on it.

I was told we are based out of Fontana but I dont deal with them, at the DC we have our own onsite DM and planners/dispatchers. We have drivers who choose lathrop to get things done too which is what I will do, a b-service in Mira Loma is just a joke so I will do it in Lathrop next time and just get routed to a Target in Manteca or Tracy.

im still at home and will leave here in a bit, got a load going to Visalia and then got a live unload in Grenada Hills I believe at 22:30 and then head over to Long beach for a Yussen load back so I dont want to start my clock too early.

Shut down in Biloxi. Waiting for the powers that be to decide if they want to repower this tonight. I am a little dumbfounded they didn't figure something out by now. They keep asking me to resend the MAC 22, then want my exact location. Well, my exact location is changing at a rate of 62MPH because I sent the macro and started moving again. I wonder too why they don't know my exact location. I have had OnRoad tell me what truck stop I am sitting at, why can't the office folks? On the brighter side, I heard back from the dedicated account I was asking for. Sounds promising and said we would talk again tomorrow.

At the TA in North Bend, WA. Deliver in Everett @ 9:00 pm tonight. Drove here from Caldwell, ID. Taking a split break before I continue to final. Mildly concerned about making it home for Christmas. Only thing on Mac30 has been Canadian loads. Will call Command (broker) in the morning.

Been a while, let's see, had a planner call me in Utah asking if wanted to grab a load and tcall it at the terminal in exchange for a load going anwhere I wanted to go. I told her to send it as a preplan and I would decide then. She force dispatched me on the tcall load and went home. Sat for 2 days at Sapp SLC then loaded to Grandview WA then to Portland OR. Once I got to Portland, which is near family I pushed out my PTA but they messaged me multiple times to go pick up a hazmat load as I was the only hazmat driver within 500 miles. They were like a female dog with a bone trying to get me to take this load. I should have asked for a couple thousand bucks bonus lol. Just got a preplan, Pickup at A and Deliver to B. I accept it and boom they have a stop included in the dispatch which changes things. I told them to remove the load as it was misrepresented, they refuse, telling me to send int mac 22.

Oxnard CA, somebody forgot to tell them it is winter down here.

In other news was able to find some strong tweezers at the hardware store that I can hopefully use to pull out the bad screen from my espar heater. If I can't get it out that way, will have to dismantle the heater itself then order a new gasket which will take who knows how long to arrive from Denmark. I may decide to buy a whole brand new heater for $900

In the dock at Costco in Henderson. This T660 got a whopping 6.0 mpg running from Phoenix. I'm beginning to understand why the O/O's gave up the business if this unit had such pitiful mileage. I'm used to averaging over 8 mpg with the '12 Cascadia and rarely getting below 7 even when pulling mountains with heavy loads.

Dialing down the governor to 62 mph helped, but I found a hack to sneak past that with the cruise control... shhhhh.

Tomorrow I pick up a load with three stops in Colorado. I'll have stops in Denver, then back over the Eisenhower to Silverthorne. I just finished checking out the three store locations I'll drop, and they are each REALLY tight docking. This should be a fun run, but I'm concerned whether I'll get hit by a snowstorm come Friday and Saturday. I need to get back to Fontana by Tuesday for Christmas with my beautiful wife. May the storm gods be sleeping...
