    Trucks have to be '97 or newer.

    MY '07 387 can only go to Cali until Jan 1st, 2014. It hasn't been there yet, and doesn't look too good for next year lol

    If you have applied for a loan for a retrofit or to buy a compliant truck OR if you have ordered a compliant truck or a retrfit you are now legal til July 1. I figure they will change it again by then so I plan to do nothing.

    My present carrier says they trust me with a '94 or '95 model truck, which is currently legal til 2016 with no retrofit. When I finally have to do something that looks like a pretty attractive option.
