Talked to the dealer on friday and he should have the work done this week. I'm planning on picking her up next monday then heading to Louisville to get it inspected, decals and new plates. Going to be along week for me lol

No they don't use qualcomm. I forgot the name J Keller? You can do your log from your smartphone or tablet with it as well. No top speed. No hard breaking. No hard turn alarms at all.
Yes you have to pay for it. I don't know the fees. I got as far as if I signed up for it by the end of 2013 it would've been free.

but at the moment its voluntary, the unit is 199 bucks, and it plugs into ecm port.
