Burnsville, MN on home time.
I still have another day of ht, but I'm getting back in the truck tomorrow.
The temps are supposed to get near 0, so I'll need to keep it idling.

Still, I had a very nice home time with my sister and nephew.
And I cooked a big 20# turkey dinner tonight!

today is a light day for me, im running off recaps with 8:54 left on the clock, I had to time my last load last night so I would hit midnight on my way back and gain enough time to finish the drive. I will be going to Paqoima however its spelled with a sweep coming back, about 4 hours of work for a little over $100, nothing else so when I get back I will see if they have something local to do then im off for some home time, even if I cant burn my last couple hours its been a decent week burning through that 70.

 

I was happy and relieved that my truck started right up this morning.
The fuel filter is pretty full, again. I guess I'll have to get it changed, again.

 

Doing laundry at the New Boston terminal. Over 3000 miles for the week. Loaded with auto parts headed for Memphis with a Thursday delivery.

 

I'm heading to Calexico tomorrow. Live load in Apache Junction AZ heading to a drop in Calexico. Hope to get something out of Calexico with good miles because I'll be at about 315 miles since this past Saturday. Still at EloyAZ Pilot

 

Got down to LA ahead of time for delivery and looking for a load north for hometime. None of the loads they offered worked for me, all day turning down loads and preparing to deadhead home. I guess the planner had enough and offered a load to El Paso. I told him I'd take it if I could tcall it in Lathrop then for the umpteenth time asked them to look for loads to like Seattle or Portland that I could tcall in Lathrop. Finally when I was about to take off and deadhead as they did not respond to me, I got a repower offer. Got up to the guy, he purposely ran out of hours because he was scared to death to haul a 14 foot trailer. Anyway what was originally shaping up to be a deadhead from Kansas to Cali, I got loads all the ay home, only a few days late. .

 

made it to a shell with truck parking in tularosa nm off us54. have 580 to go to okc terminal. can get it on this weeks pay period will help with low miles i have already

 

Having a stressful week, Oldest is freaking everytime he messes up on the clairnet, Youngest watching Youtube in our bed. Nothing on TV tonight yes will all 200 channels. Except for the tequila nothing to make margaritas with and #### my dishwasher is broke. At least I don't have to worry about Steve's laundry it is done, my laundry is still dirty....

At cowboys plaza just above ok city on 35.....got here too late..no bbq.....I am now officially depressed...lol
