I know you're just talking but if you ever decide to quit make sure you give a 2 week notice or they'll say you quit under a load and abandoned the truck. Be smart.

I actually called them yesterday with my 2 week notice. Was told by my FM that it was a payroll decision, so I called Payroll only to be told it was a FM decision. My prompt response was "well you all sure do have one crappy way of running a business when no one wants to take responsibility for a decision"
I kinda feel like I was suckered into it anyways. -
I've gotten screwed out of the $100 every time I've ever gone to NYC. The only chance you probably have at getting it is to find out who your fleets operations manager is and contact that person.
-
Just delivered a load to IP in Kenton, OH out of LaVist, NE and reloading at P&G in Lima going to Pineville, LA.
-
And thats why I just refuse NYC loads. If I dont take them.I dont have to worry. Hard enough getting breakdown and layover pay. I get to have that argument today. And I got to figure out who to call. Got me a new DM as of yesterday. My last DM got promoted to an ops mgr.
-
Guess I get to stay after all. But I'll be darned if I ever go back to NYC.
J_FROG Thanks this. -
Ugggg sitting in a room with about 3800 people. Waiting on my turn to pick.a week to serve jury duty.
-
That sucks. I got called off the road for that about 6 months back only to have it cancelled when I got there.
-
Well mine aint cancelled. Ive already given up on picking a specific date to serve. Ill take what ever. I just aint standing in line.
-
