    Your peeing into a window fan. Per diem never works. O/O or company driver. In 35 years I never made it work. Your mileage may differ. My Lawyer explained it as this. $59.00 is a projected figure. There are so many loop holes, it is not worth the effort.

    Maybe you should use a tax preparer instead of a lawyer. Because he is a Lawyer does that mean he is correct? I bet he is more costly than an accountant that works in the trucking business.

    Works for me. My refunds are always bigger with per diem then if I didn't take it. And he'll why shouldn't you apply it. Might not b much but it's something we get back from the feds.
