CRS has been fleecing both company and lease op drivers from the time #### was pushed out of the scene. As a result of destroying countless hardworking families a law firm Getmann Sweeny has filed a class action lawsuit against CR's for breach of contract with its lease ops. Several hundred other individual suits are also being filed against crs. The cases are in arbitration and crs is out of appeals. Of course he had to try to mitigate his liabilities by having Swift purchase CRS.
