Where, OH, Where........

Im sitting at the Petro in Little Rock. Out of hours yet they want me to head to Stuttgart, AR to pick up. Ive told them.several times over the last two days id only have about 2 hrs left after my drop in LR. Yet they act surprised when I tell them I can go to Stuttgart. Uggggg.... oh and looks like yet another home time screwed up because they cant get me home on time even if I give them a window. Oh well. Ill be out looking this time home. See how they like that.

 

You still get your TO whenever they get you home. The bright side is you'll be going home with some miles in for the week. I usually get home ontime but rarely take any miles home with me. I think I'd rather get home a day late if it meant getting miles for the week vs getting home ontime with nothing.

 

Ummmm.... no more than id have already recieved. So no.brightnside. I have crap to do. Was supposed to go by bank in morning (since I knew they would not get me home friday) but thats not happening now. So I have to go tuesday since they are closed monday. Also kills the stuff I was going to do after I went to the bank since that was the point I was going. Just ticks me off I have not gotten home on time in months. But I usually get home friday night late or early Saturday morning. But not this time. I swear they know when I make plans. Its the last time though. I promise that.

I accept it happens. Thats why i give a window as it gets closer. But they dont care so I give up. They win. I dont care anymore either. Like i said I am going to talk with a couple guys monday and tuesday. Home weekends for two days. Home every other night most of the time.

Oh i just realized I forgot to add.... I park my truck.in.west memphis. Ive deadheaded home from further than LR a few times.

 

I blew the whistle the other day on that. Drove from Laredo to Fort Smith. Followed the route solution and it was off by 45 miles. Route solution stopped on 64 in Oklahoma. I know it don't sound like much but when this happens time and time again, it adds up. And I swear the next time I get a fuel solution for that friggin loves in Hillsboro I'm gonna scream. I hate that place. Nothin but a cluster #^{+ of trucks.

well weekend dispatch decided to give my pu number to another driver that showed up at the same place three hours earlier because his pu number was from last week so I just lost my weekend run freaking morons

 

I was deadheaded home at 1130. So I can not go to the bank until Tuesday. Nice. This after telling me yesterday theyd find me a load and I was not deadheading. The only msg I got this morning was at 0930 saying contact breakdown using mac10. When I asked what that was for I got no reply so I sent another msg 30min later saying find me a load or deadhead me I was going to eat. I came back in 45min still no msg. I sent another asking what was going on and why was nobody answering me. I got a reply saying they were working on my temp tag and to be patient as they had talked to my twice on the phone. Needless to say I was not happy as I had talked to no one and had no clue what they were talking about. I sent a msg saying call me now!! I got a call 5min later. I dont think he liked me much after I was done. I was then told deadhead home as they didnt have a load. Ummmm why didnt I do that earlier when i could still make it to the bank (which I told them several times yesterday)? So im messed up for the whole weekend since I cant do anything until tuesday. Im going in monday and having a talk with the ops mgr. Maybe ill still be with usa when the talk is done. But if im as mad as I am now I may tell them to shove off and clean my truck out. This is ridiculous. Im tired of everytime I want to go home getting there 1-2 days late and them getting mad when i will not come back out on monday.
