No it doesn't. Law is law regardless of what method is used for logs. 11/10/14/70 ALL companies as well as drivers are bound by that law. It is illegal for a company to request/require/suggest that a driver break the law----and it is illegal to fire a driver for refusing to break the law. A phone call prompts an audit....an audit will show fault....fault will lie on those that have broken the law. Get it? Got it? Good!

California experience? What is it about California that makes it so special one needs 3 years of it?

California has their own way of doing things. California dot are a very picky and particular bunch. They have laws and rules other states don't. Also being a tcd company...having the experience in that helps when delivering to and picking up at customers like at the farms and coolers and things of the sort. I personally loved going out west even to California. Yes their 55mph speed limit sucks...you get used to it n get over it and enjoy the scenery and different places. Those who complain about going places are just those in general in the wrong industry and dislike traveling. I love driving trucks because I like being a paid tourist. This is a beautiful country that we live in.

how do you know that's not 20.00 cpm. The glass might be half full. I wonder if there trucks are not governed since it sounds like they like to run outlaw. they might be 1 percenters
