I just started with Arnold. Ok if I have a load that is to be ready at ten o clock with no widow do I have to be there at ten? The load is preloaded with my last company if a load was preloaded you could get there when you wanted as long as you deliver on time. Can someone let me know if Arnold works this way ASAP?

With No window, the customer may want that load gone at 10. Best to be there then.
-
They may not have it "preloaded" and ready until your appointment. That is why there is no window.

I am on a dedicated and pick up mostly preloaded trailers.. I try to get there as soon as I can because my 14 hour clock is always ticking away... which is why I prefer preloaded over live loading...
Also as stated earlier.. they may want that trailer out of there... so best just too go get it.. -
Why don't you just call the customer?
Richter Thanks this. -
for the most part, preloads with arnold are pick up whenever after he time listed. but just call the customer or your disbatcher and ask

When both times are the same for early and late... that means its a set appointment. Open window would be
Early sched date : 4/22/14 07:00
Late sched date: 04/22/14 13:00
You'll see a lot of DC drops as 00:01 to 23:59. -
