I worked for them and they were pretty decent people. Nice equipment and APUs on all trucks.

There is a thread started on them in the "Discuss your favorite trucking company" titled J&R Schugel 2011. The guy seems to like them enough to have stayed with them for around 6 years and lives in NJ. I've read through it and seems to have some good info on them.
