abf starting salary

We have some former USF guys here at ABF. They said it was a great job till YRC bought them.

We have some former USF drivers that worked for USF before YRC bought us out... they told me the same thing as you just did... I guess I am fortunate of NOT knowing what it was like before USF became part of YRC. Thanks mate for your insight though.

 

By the way "Big Howdey"... talk more, thank less... then add an avatar. I wanna hear more of your input in our LTL section. You would fit right in with the rest of our gang. Just don't do any of that pro/anti union talk.... or racial slang... that will get you banned forum wide. But the rest of us wanna hear your rants though.

Generous pay for being in PA, Hard to work 8hrs and skate ( unless doing only dock work ). Easy OT $ for doing your job ( driving/dock ) . Wasn't hard to accumulate 15-25 hours in overtime each week. Paid every friday. ABF is/was relaxed ( at my shop ) trust the drivers and life goes on. Sure somethings always suck, but it was a well oiled company. I have regrets leaving, but life happens.

 

I gave up on this internet thing for finding chicks. I do it the old fashion way now.... Lots of alcohol and poor judgement.

 

I've told you to go to that college town and find some drunk college skank... Easy done and you become a man again. Or the 400 pund meth head with 18 kids

I'm considering getting neutered soon as I found a better way to enjoy burning my hard earned money. What I found will never try to take my house and only whines if supercharged.
