Yeah but it is not his fault. The new (so called drivers)never do anything wrong.When will you understand it is some one elses fault.

 

He posted twice about his truck being taken back by Marten. First one says he was at the store, and came back to find it gone. The second said he was at home and heard the tow truck pull up and take it.

My brother in Arkansas is leased onto Navajo and he is doing quite well there.

 

Yes 1 in Dallas other in Mckinnley Texas Not only that in the 1st TRUCK taken story he is an EX O/O with 27 years experience , last weweks story under Transport America he has driven a little over 3 years.

Gotta be 2 of him 1 man could not get his BOO HOO poor me stories more mixed up.

One company tried to put that on my dac ...a load that i didn't even hook to or even know about but the staff at dac told them they were headed to a lawsuit .....before dac reports a company didn't screw their drivers too much because that driver would just park the truck ,tell them where truck load is and see ya and that was being nice about it ...some drivers would destroy the inside of the truck ,one father ,son team drivers after sitting in texas for 4 days waiting for a load decided to do this parktruck thing ,then they pissed all over the inside of a new kenworth after 2 weeks of baking in the texas sun the recovery crew couldnt stand the smell in this truck ,the truck had to be towed home....it's amazing what a gallon of anti freeze will do to a motor about two weeks later ...the motor will be fried there are many other ways to down a truck or down a whole fleet....but that's playing dirty

 

For the most part it's the mega carriers that use DAC. I have nothing negative on my DAC, but I think DAC should be put out of business. If you got a driver you don't like, then okay depart both on good terms. But people just want to ruin someone out of vidictiveness. Let an MVR, CSA, report be the ruling factors. I wish someone with big money or a class action lawsuit would take DAC away, I heard a driver did try to sue them and lost. Now I hear the owner op OOIDA is going after them, I hope they win hands down. Many a good drivers been ruined by DAC. For those that aren't aware, you can get a free copy of your DAC report, get the one that is USPS mailed, because it has no limits on it like an emailed copy, furnished by DAC themselves. I get mine once a year free. Have a safe one drivers.
