Hmmm....Has the world turned upside down ? Why would the OP "Jump Ship" from one bottom feeder to another ? Progression upwards should be a goal of all Rookies.....RIGHT ?

Having been around the industry I can honestly say TA is one of the better companies to work for. Pay is decent and the miles really stack up. They are not afraid to cut a relay to keep you moving if the customer is holding you to some bogus appt. time or if you need to be re-routed the other direction to get home. Like everywhere it's all about how you get along with your dispatcher and if you go with the flow and be honest you can earn a good, consistent living. Also they treat the drivers very well and if there is an issue somebody is always there to listen and help you through it. Equipment is nice and as far as parking at home, it depends on where you live. Generally it isn't an issue.

Flexin, can I ask why you don't like this company. This is a company I have been reading about. Did you work there and how long.

    Can you share more information.

OTR drivers get at starting is .36 cpm not hauling hazmats and .40 cpm hauling hazmats. Reg drivers get .34 cpm with no hazmats end. and .38 cpm with hazmats end ( pulling a hazmats load or not pulling one.

yes they do , after 90 days as a solo driver.
