Exactly what I just addressed. Either be a help or don't even waste the energy. Of course I see 4 years, yet I have seen post where guys have more but put when they discovered this site.

USA Truck is a starter company that's it they helped me get my cdl. Pay was about .29 a mile and there wasn't that many miles plus I was always in the shop. I left them after 6 months. I now work for roehl transport in the flatbed division this company is a dream compared to USA truck I worked there last year

mlj7, Stile and Reycer Thank this.

USA has been relatively good to me, been here since 2007. It's not a perfect company by far, but beats many that I have talked to including Roehl. You have to ask the right questions and be sure they have and are doing what you want before you go there. Miles are up and down just like anywhere else, but according to my friends at Crete, The bluebird, and pumpkins, our miles are nothing to laugh at. Just as good or better than theirs. Yes, there are plenty of trucks in the shop and you'll hear from those folks the loudest, but for every 5 in the shop there are 200 more running down the road. Even some brand new trucks have major problems from time to time. Has a lot to do with the manufactures and the fact that we have a lot of newbie tearing them up. That part is being addressed by a reduction in new students. Just my honest opinion..

Our latest addition, awarded to the Driver of the year..Not bad for a bankrupt company...lol

I won't say anything bad about USA. But they gave me low mile trips that didn't deliver for days. I made 29,000 in 2011. I can only blame myself. I don't require allot of money to survive. So I guess it didn't really matter much. I work local now. I won't live in a truck for those wages.

    mlj7 Thanks this.

I made $54,400 as a solo driver at USA last year but only went home every 4-5 weeks. I also never got a single load that went through the house that I had time to stop on. I'm not complaining though since taking more consecutive days off at a time works best for me.
