When I was there, we couldn't even have a plug in type inverter. Not even a small 250 watt unit. Nothing.

 

Ample notice is 2 or 3 months!!

 

Not sure what universe you live in, but here on Earth, we all know better. If you are actually a driver and not another lame recruiter pretending to be a driver, then God Bless you for believing you work for a good outfit. You will need his blessing!!!

 

Hmmm, I am a manager of a door company and looking at getting my CDL so I can share horror stories with everyone. I am in AZ and was looking at Knight, guess I should keep looking ?

 

I just want to say that Knight rejected me but they just sent me a recruitment email. LOL

 

Most Megas are equal horror employers. CRE may be ahead by a nose. The race to the bottom is highly competitive.

 

Thankyou guys, I am seeing that , I have been doing some research and want to stay away from Swift, CRE, and Central already as well as CRST. Roehl and Knight seem to be my options here.

 

Swift isn't that bad to be honest.

 

really ? several guys have told me to stay away from them. I realize people love to complain about all these companies but I was told that Swift micro manages more so then most.I just want to start on the right foot .

 

What leads you to believe Knight charges low rates? On the contrary, their short LOH business model allows them to charge premium rates. They have one of the largest margins( the amount per dollar of revenue they keep as a profit) with only Heartless beating them.
