comedian Tracy Morgan hurt in bus/truck crash

I had no idea who he was until today. It has been on here and all over facebook.

 

E logs and the 14 hour running clock absolutely make you drive when your tired instead of being able to pull over and take a two hour nap you got to keep going so your 14 dont run out and go ahead and tell dispatch you couldnt make your del on time with these big companies when according to the elog you had time that would go over like a fart in church.

 

And now you know, which is kinda the point.

 

Now, I know his name and that he was a comedian. That is all.

I just posted that comment because of the well known comment the other poster made.

Guess you have to watch tv or listen to the radio.

the elog is to guarantee rest, UNTIL, it was found not to do so, then the elog is to only verify conformance (or compliance) to said rules that are designed to guarantee rest

Heard about this earlier today from a friend. It really sucks to hear this after the wife and I just saw him and the others that were in the limo last night at a show in Dover. It was a great show and sucks to hear this news.

Fuentes, superintendent of the New Jersey State Police, announced the charges against Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, Ga. The tractor-trailer he was driving crashed into the luxury vehicle at 1 a.m. Saturday as Jordan and the other passengers traveled from a performance at a Delaware casino.Roper was expected to surrender to authorities, and bail was set at $50,000."
