Once again I will point out that there always will be a very select few that will be set up to make it work. This is so the companies have an excuse if someone cries foul. The check wavers and title holders we all see on the front of trucking magazine advertisements lol.

Once again....if you fleece purchase...THE TRUCK IS NOT YOURS!!

Until you hold a clear title the truck is not yours. Regardless of the financing.

    i understand trying to help

but being a newbie in this business, its basically a matter of violent rape using vaseline or no vaseline, its gonna hurt regardless

you gotta have a good head on your shoulders, you gotta learn the sift the wheat from the (whatever the saying is), you will be lied to EVERY DAY and you gotta develop a filter and question everything and everyone

megas are the worst liars,, but they give everyone a starting chance

Very true. However, if you have the truck financed (like the real owner operators) you can take the truck to whom ever you want to lease or pull for.
If you fleece purchase you are stuck with that company....period! That is the joys of the contract they get you to sign! Go ahead and try to take your lease purchase to another carrier. I double dare you!!

(I am loling my brains out about now).

Funny when I think about it. Back in '06 when I bought my First truck at Freightliner in Houston I never had that condescending attitude towards other drivers. Guess you need to try to to look down on others to be "Real Owner Operator" These days.

Laugh all you want. I know I am making money each week. And I don't need to try to look down on others to make myself feel better.
