Verizon is tops if data is your #1 priority for 4G connection. Otherwise you will be just fine with t mobile or att.
I have tmobile and verizon. Voice coverage is pretty even and the extra cost of Verizon doesn't justify me making it my data and voice carrier.loose_leafs Thanks this. -
4g lte is also sim card required for the lte service. -

A currently very unhappy Sprint Customer soon to switch to verizon. Sprint is great as long as you never leave a major city. Sprints voice and data quality in any rural area or small town is horrendously terrible. Sprint has been promising service and tower upgrades for years but they never follow through. Verizon is slightly more spendy but much better quality overall.

So far I see a lot of votes for Verizon, but you not telling me where you are using it. Are you running west coast up and down, from mid west to west coast, east coast?

I hate to be the odd man out but I've been happy with at&t.

A. Do you driver OTR for the lower 48? Or if you are regional, and if so, what region? (i.e. northeast, midwest, southwest, etc.)
B. Concerning the good coverage experience, do you drive mainly a similar route? (like east coast up and down the 95, etc?)
C. Do you use the phone for voice only OR voice sometimes and some data (i.e. internet) OR voice sometimes and a LOT of data like Netflix or music, YouTube, etc?
The original poster was asking about "midwest to west coast" but I find quite often that the driver is either happy or not happy with a particular carrier due to the carrier being stronger or weaker on those aspects.
The major carriers tend to be comparable in the metro areas, but begin to separate dramatically in the open-road areas when it comes to voice, but ESPECIALLY to 3G and 4G data bandwidth. Just curious what your perspective is concerning you AT&T. Thanks.
Come to think of it, answering those questions by any commenter on cell phone stuff (this carrier rules or this one sucks) would likely give everyone a better picture. -
