Does Western Express have any veteran truck drivers?

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

If at all possible, you may want to try to run the entire 48 states, if nothing else, for the experience for another trucking company that you may or may not choose to go to. Also, if Western Express does Canadian runs, you may want to try to get as many of those as possible, again for the experience.

Wherever you go, whatever you choose, good luck to you! God bless you and your entire family!

Mje, that's a great point and idea. The only country I won't go to is Mexico because of all the crap that's going on down there. I think you have to get a passport to enter Canada or Mexico now a days. Run me east, west north or south, just give me 500-600 miles a day and I'll be happy. If they don't make good to there word "home for 3 days out for 14-16" and they do jack with my pay I will move on when the time is right.

yes they do have veterans...and they treat them just as crummy as the rest of the drivers...example you tell your dm 3 months in advance you have to go to va hospital for your meds, blood work etc your appointment is in orlando,fl and your in va being sent a load to maine....i know 3 vets that quit because of this scenario...also i met a few drivers that had been with western 3-12 yrs(if you meant that type of veteran)lol they all were on paper logs & complained minimal
