    the company we came from had worse csa scores than usxpress and we didn't get red lighted that much, unless we were driving through Oregon. Did we ever get a green light in Oregon?

    Oregon doesn't use prepass. They use something called Green Light.

    Checking out the companies CSA score, the areas we need improvement is:

    1. Unsafe Driving - Intervention threshold is 60%, USX is at 80%
    2. Vehicle Maintenance - Intervention threshold is 75%, USX is at 62%
    3. Driver Fitness - Intervention threshold is 75%, USX is at 70%

    These are all things the driver has control over. Come on people ! Get it together !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey TD, things are getting worse not better it seems. I see messages over the driver tech every day that we've had 4-5 DOT accidents. And the same goes for missing the Scales. Missing scales? Really no excuse for that.

    Weird. I haven't gotten anything about accidents. Maybe its different from dispatcher to dispatcher. I did have one that was treating her guys like three year olds and it was annoying to no end. Eventually got off her board and its been relatively peaceful since then. But then I have 0 CSA points and I don't allow my students to drive poorly while they are with me, its not healthy LOL.

    Im trying to figure out why these drivers are speeding more than 10 MPH over? they wonder why carriers like swift are installing cameras
