J in Fort Stockton, TX. Headed to Tucson for Monday am then home through the 4th.

 

Said the lady who checked me in didn't assign anybody to load me. I got there 3 hours early and went straight in a door. She just forgot I guess and it saved me from having to try to find a spot to finish my 8 hr break.

Traffic wasn't too bad. Made it Pilot in OKC. Man my feet are already dreading this walk. I should call a cab, but no. A trucker has to do what a trucker has to do. I could wait till the wife gets off work in the morning, but been in this truck too long and I have new dog at home to play with. So I'm going try to make that journey. Ya'll be gravy now ya hear

 

Parked at the Love's In Boonville, MO. Came here in hopes of a shower but when I pulled in, it was packed full (at 730). I was in the red so I fueled and as I started to leave, I saw one space open. I whipped around and grabbed it. Now showered I'm eating some Hardee's courtesy of my rewards points.

A chocolate lab. This thing is huge. I thought it looked big in pictures but it really looks big in person. Can't believe he's still a puppy. Oh ya parked in the King size without some lawn mower engine running. With a tall glass of yep you guessed it . RED KOOL-AID!! NIGHT NIGHT.
