Was unloaded at 7:30 am and dsps rushed to send next load info... and I headed to next shipper nearby Chicago. Now, parked here...



In IL for a shower, bag of ice, this and that and will park at shipper tonight... They said it's fine... And I will not have to worry about another freaking traffic tomorrow morning... I like this... gotta go now...

 

Greg caught me on the way in. I picked up on Huffmeister Rd just north of 290
It was said to 660#. It was wire rope slings.
Original plan was to take it to SDV, get something done to it and have it at the Port of Houston before 4pm.
However I sat at SDV from 10:45 until 4:35 waiting on them to crate the stuff on the pallet.
Of course 4pm came and went. When I got loaded I baja'd for home.
Will deliver in the am. And my Plan is to hit the office after.
And since the crate takes up most of the bed I can't see anything except giving Greg a headache if he calls me in the morning.

 

Backed at dock 3 at shipper west of Chicago....



Had a nice long chat with a driver who comes here twice a week... He told me warehouse folks arrive at 5 am and will unload him them.
I better finish my supper here and rush to bed...

 

I guess you are out of there now... I used to go to a customer there... and pick up fans for Walmart... specially this time of the year...

 

Yep... onto the next adventure that has me in Dallas, Longview, and some burg in the Lousyana swamps...
