Most large fleets are installing their own filling pumps.

Took this pic in Aurora, CO. Looks like most of the Core Mark trucks at this location are CNG equipped.

I read this also but they didn't mention cost in the article I read. Hopefully it's cost effective and can prevent companies from flaring off millions of dollars of natural gas and will help keep diesel prices stable.

I mentioned that fact to another driver once and he told me I was full of manure. I just wonder how reliable those trucks are. I've seen a lot of those Fair Oaks trucks broke down on the side of the road, or their tanks being pulled by Penske loaners.

I think they've got some of the issues worked out I know in 2012 the regional maintenance manager pretty much lived there trying to straighten out all the issues. I know they are still having some issues with them but it is getting better. From what I was told some of the issues came from how the tanks where mounted. The ones Ruan bought where mounted like regular fuel tanks but the ones that have them upright behind the cabs work better never was given a reason as to why

I'l use this as an example of how Pilot/Flying J took out about 10 spots at an already overcrowded truck stop to pit 2 CNG pumps in. In five hours I saw maybe two or three fill up.
