You want to know what's amazing about yesterday? I'm prescient! I knew going in that my whole day was shot. But the amazing thing is that I made a little over $250 for sitting there.
Maybe I'll get in and out at the port..... NAH! I can see this future as well. -
Maybe your in the wrong profession fortune telling might be your new calling lol
Rocks Thanks this. -

Sigh. Actually got in and out of the port pretty quick.
Went to the shop. Not much new info on my truck. Got a pretty decent check. But confidence was not high that it would cash. When I got in the Jeckle and Hyde I called the nice lady at the bank. She said not at this time.
So I rolled on up to Rowan on Hardy Rd. Found out we COULD get their crate on the truck.
Took it to SDV. Sent empty 11:45. Sent I'll start lunch.
At 12:37 I sent hit me dude.
At 12:45 he sent ready at 3 pick up at K-Solv in Channelview round trip 5drums Hazmat.
It wasn't going ALL that far. But I told him 3-5 wasn't very long in Houston.
He sent the drop is open 24 hours. I said but getting back to K-Solv by 5 was going to be close.
Got away loaded at K-Solv at 3:40. Got unloaded and reloaded at customer at 4:45
I sent please call K-Solv and see if they'll wait for me.
They did.
Left Channelview at 5:30
Got home 7.
Had called the bank lady at 1:30 just in case.... but no go.
I'd raise a stink with the DA about these hot checks.
But then I'd have to find a new place to work.
And I'd rather not. Besides my truck ain't moving just now... -

Ok... I am in a hurry here... Cause I gotta finish this paperwork, finish cleaning up stuff and go to bed. Cause will get up at 4 am...
At 5 am this morning someone knocked on my door to say that my load was ready waiting for me on dock with no number... so, I got dressed, rubbed my eyes and moved truck from dock #3 to the other one... At 6 am I was loaded. faced some traffic nearby Chicago but no big deal since most everybody was going the opposite direction... Did drop and hook at my co. warehouse in north IN and rushed to next shipper about 3 hrs away... Got there right in time... they were fixing to leave.... Loaded me in 30 mins and I rushed back to co. warehouse in IN for another drop and hook... And here I am now...
Will pick tomorrow morning about 1:30 hr south of here and then go to Oklahoma...
After my last reset at my co. warehouse in TN, I have been taking my 10 at warehouses docking areas.... I like the tranquility, don't have to worry about other trucks parking next to me... and it saves me time and hassle...
