If they weren't paying me, or I had to wait for my paycheck to clear, I'd have been moving on long ago.

    Big Don Thanks this.

What I will do? I will not post pictures and will not give as many hints as I did... :biggrin_25512::biggrin_25525:

I understand that, but this was going on before his truck went in the shop. It sounds to me like they are just operating on borrowed time, and with no notice, the doors will be locked and drivers will have no notice. I just hate to see that happen to him.

Rocks and Big Don Thank this.

Yes... me too... IMHO, I would have started my job search a VERY LOOOOOONG time ago... and by now, I would be somewhere else... If he remains in that co. things may just escalate and get even worse... :biggrin_2552: Well... I hope not...

I always tried to start real early so that by the time 14 hours were up I could still find parking.

I really hate to change. Since doing YEARS as a pressure washer mechanic and drum or trailer delivery this is the longest I've been with one company. OTR didn't work out because I'm not a night person after spending all day in a hot truck. I even understand slow days. But the paycheck thing is getting to me....

Not even close. Blueberry fritters were only $0.99 today.

Atlanta at rush hour does not suck as bad in a car as a truck but it still really sucks. 2 hours from the airport to get out of town on 85 north.

Didjya know that 10-15 miles north of Traveler's Rest, SC on US 25 is the Cranky Yankee Workshop?
