If you aren't willing to commit to a company for a year....

Obvious sign to find a different company?

Roehl isn't a bad company to start with....if you are willing to commit then go with roehl. Just remember to be patience and you will have bad weeks.

This. I concur entirely. Spot on advice sir!

Just because you sign a contract does not make you a slave or indentured servant. If after giving it a fair and whole-hearted attempt you decide that you just absolutely cannot stick it out with them, you can usually buy your way out of said contract (i.e.-pay for your schooling they put you through)

Just make sure to leave the right way and on good terms....No need to burn a bridge or get a bad DAC report! Good luck.

Check with the community colleges in your area. Mine was under $1,400 and I was happy with what I received.
